Our Massage Services

Check-In Policy:  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure all paperwork is completed. A Client In-take Form must be completed for each appointment. All forms can be completed online. Our forms are securly stored online in accordance with HIPAA Laws.

Cancellation and Now Show Policy: A credit card or debit card is required to book all appointments. The card is not charged unless we to enforce our cancellation policy or no-show policy. If a client must cancel a scheduled appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If a client fails to cancel prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, then the credit or debit card will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. If the card on file can not be charged due to a lack of funds, and we are unable to reach the client by phone or email, the client must pay the outstanding balance prior to scheduling any future appointments. This policy will be strictly enforced.
